Before Zach Galifianakis was one of today's hottest alternative comedians, he has a little-known cult show on VH1 called Late World with Zach. While he's almost unrecognizable in this 2002 clip without his facial hair or, um, the few extra pounds, his comic persona seems pretty fully developed. It's sort of refreshing to know that even years ago Zach Galifianakis was still the same Zach Galifianakis we know and love today.
