A Horrible Way to Die Gets Trailer
Adam Wingard's last feature film, the underground favorite Pop Skull, was a surprising blend of lo-fi mumblecore aesthetics and psychedelic psychological horror. After a string of excellent short films (including "Cerebella", which we wrote about previously), Wingard is back with a new feature set to premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival. A Horrible Way to Die follows an escaped murderer as he hunts down his ex-girlfriend in small-town America. If the trailer is any indication, this one is going to be intense.
