Top 10 Windows Help Articles in UK
Over on his blog, Rob Margel has posted the top 10 requested Windows help articles in the U.K. The majority of the items, once you get past how to find your computer name, the majority have something to do with the customization of user experience (changing the start menu, using themes, etc.) and media use and management.
Obviously, the vast majority of non-power users still want to know how to customize how their computers look and act, which is a pretty strong endorsement of some of the work Microsoft has done with Window 7.
But it's also a big heads up to apps developers and coders: users give a shit, and they may not settle for whatever you feel like giving them.
