Maria Shriver Called Out for Dialing While Driving
The First Lady of California, Maria Shriver, received the TMZ treatment today for flaunting California's newest law about driving with cell phone in hand. TMZ provided two pieces of evidence of Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger's wife completely unable to transport herself from A to B without 867-5309 jammed in there somewhere.

The Guvnerator told TMZ on Twitter (while parked, we hope) that "... there's going to be swift action." As with all marital attempts at governing, 'action' turned into 'asking pretty please for the wife of the chief office holder in the state to possibly obey a law or two from time to time if it's not too much trouble'. It totally went well, too, if you don't notice how TMZ caught her again today.
You may remember how well this technique worked in Sacramento with the California legislature during budget negotiations. And maybe he could ask Californians to send that $2 billion he expected in the same tone.
(It would help the coffers a bit if Shriver was actually fined $20 for her first offense and $50 for the second as per the aforementioned cell phone law.)
