Google is Selling Accessories for HSPA+ Galaxy Nexus on Google Play

Google has started selling accessories, including docks such as the regular Desktop Dock, the HDMI Portrait Dock or the Vehicle Dock, for HSPA+ Galaxy Nexus on Google Play for U.S. shoppers with a cost of $49 for the HDMI dock and $54 for the Vehicle Dock and the Desktop Dock each.

The Desktop Dock is for the desk, the HDMI Portrait Dock is for the entertainment center and the Vehicle Dock is for the car. The Vehicle Dock and the Desktop Dock make use of the three pin connectors present on the right side of the Galaxy Nexus for easy slide into place and start charging.

It has been pointed out that this offer is for the GSM Model only and not for the Verizon’s CDMA Version, which slightly thicker. The dimensions in mm are 67.94 X 135.5 X 8.94 and 67.94 X 135.5 X 9.47 for HSPA+ and LTE versions respectively. Moreover, the sizes are also different i.e. 145.5 gm and 135 gm for LTE and HSPA+ version respectively.

Galaxy Nexus is a smartphone, developed in partnership of Google and Samsung, operated on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS). It comes in a 4.65" HD (1280 x 720) Super AMOLED display. The HSPA+ version has a storage capacity of 16GB and 1 GB RAM. It has a 1.3MP front camera and 5MP continuous auto-focus rear camera.
