Angry Birds For Android (Beta) Now Available

It was a huge hit on iPhone (apparently one of the most popular on the platform) and people have been waiting impatiently for it to make its way to Android, but it has at last: Angry Birds is now available in the Android Market.

Unfortunately, it's not exactly functioning on all versions of Android. Pre 2.0 versions are out completely, and some versions of Froyo (and I'm talking mostly about ROMs applied to rooted phones) can't actually see it in the Android Market.

But for those of you with standard issue Android 2.x, you're in luck (if you consider getting addicted to one of the biggest time-suck games in recent memory "in luck," that is).
