Android-Lovers: Find Your Match
It's tough finding love when you're a little....different. Meet a nice boy or girl at a club, strike up a chat, and pull out phones to exchange numbers, then discover they've got an iPhone and you've got Android, and it's all over. They look at you like you aren't at the cool table, you look at them like they drank the Kool-aid, and you go your separate ways.
Match.com is trying to bring us all together though (in one form or another), and the first step is to release a version of their mobile app for Android. Already available for iPhone, Blackberry and Palm Pre, this new release at last gives Android users equal footing in the world of online match making (or tryst scheduling).
You can browse as many possibilities as you want in a target-rich environment absolutely free, but you gotta pony up some ducats for a subscription if you want to reach out and (virtually) touch somebody. It's available now for download in the Android market.
Now if we could just get Chatroulette working on mobile devices.....
