Going into Sunday's matchup few people thought the Giants could defeat the Packers. In a game that went down to the wire with Eli Manning putting together a late fourth quarter comeback, Aaron Rodgers and the Packs walked out victorious with a 38-35 win over the Giants.

With 58 seconds left on the clock and the ball on their own 20, Aaron Rodgers, who finished the game with 369 yards, four touchdowns and one interception, took no time to get deep into Giants' territory. As time was winding down, Mason Crosby kicked a 31 yard field goal and helped the Packers win the game.

With this win the Packers stayed perfect for the season and also clinched their division after the Detroit Lions loss to the New Orleans Saints. The Packers have now won 18 games in a row dating back to last season.

As for the Giants, they have a streak of their own having lost four games in a row. They now sit at .500 with a 6-6 record, but are still just a game behind the Dallas Cowboys in the division and a game back of the Detroit Lions, Chicago Bears and Atlanta Falcons in the wild card.

All four teams lost last night and all have records of 7-5. The Cowboys lost to the Cardinals in overtime, the Bears lost runningback Matt Forte with a knee injury and dropped the game to the Kansas City Chiefs, while the Falcons were defeated by the Houston Texans. Mathematically speaking, the Giants are more than alive with four games left to play.

If the Giants' are able to continue running their offense as efficiently as they did versus the Packs, there is no reason why they should not win the last four games of the season. Last night Eli was Eli, but the Giants showed glimpses of what their running game used to be.
