What to Watch at The BMW Championship
It's the second to last event of the PGA Tour season and the field is set. The top 70 players on tour have qualified for the BMW Championship and the top 30 will advance to the Tour Championship in Atlanta next weekend.

As the chase for the FedEx Cup continues, here are a few things to watch this weekend:
3. With only 70 players left, all four rounds are twosomes. Here are a few to watch:
- Adam Scott & Dustin Johnson: Johnson is on his way to the Ryder Cup but until he wins a major he may be remembered as the guy who lost the PGA Championship on the 72nd hole by grounding his club. He's rebounded well so far but can he get a win. Adam Scott could be "comeback player of the year". Last year he was dreadful. He had only one top 10 last season but has turned it around with a win at the Valero Texas Open and finishing in the top 10 at both The Barclays and the Deutsche Bank Championship last week.
- Matt Kuchar & Charley Hoffman: I never thought I would be writing about these two guys so late in the season but here we are. Ranked 1st & 2nd respectively in the FedEx Cup standings, Kuchar had an impressive win at The Barclays in a playoff and Hoffman shot 62 on Monday to come from behind and win the Deutsche Bank Championship. Can Kuchar continue his stellar play to remain atop of the standings? Will Hoffman maintain momentum just three days after winning?
- Ernie Els & Hunter Mahan: If you're in the top five going into the final event, you can win the FedEx Cup with a victory at the Tour Championship. Els currently sits in 7th place while Mahan holds down the 8th spot. Els has won twice on tour this season but has not turned any heads at during the playoffs. A good week here will jump him into the top five. Mahan looks like he could win every week. He's been playing consistent but has been able to top the leaderboard during the playoffs. If he can put together a victory with this shortened field, he could be our FedEx Cup champion.
