Team Blogging: An Alternative to Strenuous Blogging
They say that two heads are better than one, but, for me, a team of seven is even better. Not everyone can come up with an effective blog. Although many have made attempts, their actions resulted in ineffective, dull blogs. Setting up a team of experts for a blog is a powerful way of utilizing each player’s skills.
For some, blogging is an easy task that doesn’t require outsourcing services. However, for others, especially small business owners, blogging is a troublesome addition to their main responsibilities. Putting up a blog also entails expenditures, and doing it on your own means changing your schedule.
Team blogging usually involves seven people: a photographer, a writer, a researcher, an editor, a SEO manager, a social media tracker, and auditor. However, if you have more people in your team and network, you can get more than one person for each task.
Typically, a regular small business has one to three employees, including the owner. However, recruiting friends from your network can save you from signing and releasing too many paychecks. The idea of team blogging is absolutely for fun, with profit as a secondary goal.
