The Blind Angel
Most of us know from their culture or faith about different kinds of angels, but did you ever hear of the angel blind? The blind angel is a name for an angel in modern Iraq. The blind angel is a young girl who lost her sight, her body mutilated, after one blast attributed to Anonymous in 2006.
More than a third of Iraqis are now living as refugees and migrants in more than 80 countries on this planet because of the war.
In today world, it seems that it is not hard to start a war, where forces fight over different objectives. The Modern-time wars are never-ending, more dreadful and monstrous than ever. These wars make everything turns to ashes in matter of days, except for those children who survived somehow!
Children of wars have lost faith in the future, their hearts bled of all their innocent hopes and wishes. Children sentenced to live in the dark just because they were born in the wrong time and place. Left with no one to depend on, even their souls and bodes are injured. If they have a place, it will likely be unsafe, unsanitary, with no water and electricity — children in the dark, living in dungeons for the rest of their lives, blind angles deprived of the warmth of any light at all. The child's innocence and playfulness are replaced by all kinds of violence and hatred. Often they are turned into little soldier action figures in a really vicious war played by grownups.
As a result of those wars, 8000 children are killed per year in wars, and up to 14 million children faced a forced abandonment this year. Ten thousand children lost an arm and 100,000 children had amputated legs by landmines, or by stupid bombs missing their targets. Children who have forgotten their childhood in the midst of the night are forced to live in the dark
