Jim Morgan

I founded TeamTrainers Consulting in 2000 to train and coach business teams toward high performance and solve teamwork problems. I added exhaustive research of the scientific literature about teams to my real-world team development experiences to create my method, called The SuddenTeams® Program. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), I first trained self-directed work teams in 1994 at Los Alamos National Laboratory. I held management positions in several industries, and have taught team leadership or assisted teams for organizations such as Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, and a PMI Registered Education Provider, Key Consulting. I hold a master's degree from the University of Missouri and a graduate certificate in project management from the University of Washington. Plus, I have formal training in adult instruction and job task analysis and have taught everything from meeting facilitation skills to the martial arts over 25 years. I volunteer as a Grief Companion and Volunteer Trainer at Hospice of Wake County (N.C., USA).
