Ronnie Wood Announces First Radio Release From I Feel Like Playing
Ronnie Wood, the legendary guitarist from the Rolling Stones, has announced the coming release to radio of the first single, "Lucky Man," from his up-coming new solo album, I Feel Like Playing.
"Lucky Man" is due to hit the airwaves on September 14th.
Ronnie Wood has a rich musical history that spans decades and includes some of the UK's greatest groundbreaking bands. He has proven his mettle, and his longevity, not to mention his talent, as one of the most out-standing, killer, rhythm guitarists in rock history.
Ronnie Wood has rocked stages, and won the hearts of fans, around the world as a member of some of rock 'n' roll's most legendary and influential bands. The Birds, Faces, The Jeff Beck Group, and The Rolling Stones: they all bear the mark of Ronnie Wood's musical expertise, and the raw power of his passion for playing. All of that history and passion will come into play on Wood's latest solo effort I Feel Like Playing, set for release exclusively from Eagle Rock Entertainment on September 28th.
I Feel Like Playing is Ronnie Wood's seventh solo venture and includes a wealth of eclectic musical visionaries like Slash, Flea, Eddie Vedder, Billy Gibbons, Bobby Womack, Ian McLagan and Kris Kristofferson, who all lent their support, and also their musical talents, to Ronnie Wood on the forth-coming album.
The album shows its artistic inspiration with cover art work created from the painting of the same name by Ronnie Wood, himself.
