Mel GibsonJust when I am sure you had at least one dose too many of the Mel/Oksana saga – now Mel is demanding that Oksana's son Alexander's laptop be seized.

Mel and the rest of the world believe Oksana Grigorieva was responsible for leaking audio tapes of him. The tapes had Mel making threats and being verbally abusive. Now apparently Mel has asked his lawyers to have a computer belonging to Alexander - the Russian singer's 12-year-old son from a relationship with Timothy Dalton - subpoenaed in the hope of finding evidence against his former lover.

No surprise, lawyers for Oksana are expected to object to the move and will file a motion to quash the request, reports gossip website RadarOnline.com.

Oksana - who has denied vehemently that she is the source of the leaked audio files - has previously had her own laptop and mobile phone examined by authorities. Is there any doubt that she is the one who released them? Who else would have released the tapes? The only person they could come from is Oksana. Clearly she is lying.

The 39-year-old singer and ex-girlfriend of Mel Gibson, attended a closed hearing yesterday in an LA court room to discuss the custody of Lucia - the nine-month-old daughter she has with Mel - as well as matters of child support.

During the hearing, lawyers for 54-year-old Mel tried to have Lucia's passport handed over to the court so she can't be taken out of the country. A source said: "Mel is worried that Oksana might flee the country with the baby. "The final agreement reached was for Oksana's lawyers to keep it in a safe place."

Of course he is worried about her taking the baby and running. Mel may not be a nice man, but she is undoubtedly a money grubbing gold digger and taking their daughter out of the country is another way for her to try to extort even more money from Mel.
