Just to bring you up to speed on where this whole mess stands:
- Mel's fighting for custody of their daughter; he currently has shared custody.
- Mel has accused Oksana of extorting him for money in exchange for her not releasing the damaging tapes (too late).
- Oksana has accused Mel of engaging in abusive behavior, both verbal and physical.
- Both are being investigated by law enforcement for alleged crimes against humanity and most importantly our ears.
