Rapper T.I. and Wife Tiny Arrested on Drug Charges

Rapper T.I. (real name Clifford Harris, 29) and his newlywed wife Tiny, (real name Tameka Cottle, 36) were arrested Wednesday night in West Hollywood after a sheriff deputy smelled the strong odor of marijuana coming from their vehicle during a traffic stop.
The two were released in the early hours Thursday on $10,000 bail each. This is just another notch added to the already troubled celebrity's list of legal battles.
T.I. is already on probation after serving time earlier this year from gun charges. He was given 3 years' probation after serving 7 months in an Arkansas federal prison and was just released in March. As of yet, there are no details on the specific type of drugs the possession charge is for.
The multi-platinum artist has a new movie Takers that just hit no. 1 at the box office, and he married his fiancé in July. It looked as if things had changed for the rapper and that he was going to walk the straight and narrow.
With speaking out to children about how dangerous it is to deal with drugs and guns, he said he vowed to live a better life. Was that just a front for the courts? Was the television show T.I.'s Road to Redemption: 45 Days to Go just for ratings? Stars pretend like they have changed, but what they do not realize is that money does not always hide what's done in the dark, especially when they themselves know that it's wrong.
