From Today's Rumor Mill: Miley Cyrus Wants Bigger Boobs
I love nothing more than when people perpetuate stereotypes, so I am going to assume this "rumor" has some truth to it.
The New York Daily News is reporting that teen queen Miley Cyrus wants to get breast enhancement surgery, but has to have her parents' permission because she's only 17. Here's what the source says: "Miley [Cyrus] is intent on getting a boob job," a source tells Star, "and she's insisting her parents sign the consent form, which is required since she's still 17. Billy Ray and Tish are letting her go for it. She's beyond their control, anyway."
Excellent! This means her transition from moderately talented teen singer to adult skank will be almost complete. It's not the boob job that makes her seem so skanky, it's her overwhelming need to objectify herself sexually. This young woman is only 17; her breasts might not even be done growing, yet she just can't wait to make them bigger.
This is SO stupid. Miley's breast are fine, perfect even, just the way they are. How do I know? In the last year I've seen more of Miley's body than I am comfortable with, based on her urgency to shed her 'innocent girl' image. Each time I come across a picture of her, she is wearing fewer and fewer clothes. It's like the slowest striptease of all time. By the time she's 18 (in December) she will be completely naked. Miley, please, for your own sake, leave something to the imagination.
Beginning with last years' Teen Choice Awards where Miley was pole dancing in hot pants on an ice cream truck in front of thousands of kids, or rubbing her labia all over a 40+ movie producer, I've already seen WAY more of Miley's body than I or anyone else should. We get it, Miley, you want to be a bad girl soooo bad, but how about you slow your roll a bit? You have the rest of your life to screw it up, can't you at least wait until the teens and pre-teens who worship you find someone else to admire?
I predict this pursuit of sluttiness is going to backfire intensely on Miley and her family. Hope you are investing wisely, Miley; you just aren't talented enough to make it in the adult world. Unless, of course, you are planning to go the Montana Fishburne route.
Congrats to you, Billy Ray, you failed at your one job: keeping your daughter off the pole!
