Crazed Juggalos Coordinated and Planned Attack on Tila Tequila
Last night TMZ reported that pseudo-singer/reality star Tila Tequila was brutally attacked during her scheduled (and promoted) appearance at the 11th Annual Gathering of the Juggalos in Illinois.
For those people too sophisticated to know what a Juggalo is, first pat yourself on the back (pinkie out) and second, count yourself all KINDS of lucky. As a group, these folks are every sort of scary nightmare you can only conjure during an acid trip gone very, very wrong. Centered by their love of the musical stylings of the Insane Clown Posse, they consider themselves outcasts of society who have found an extended community in which they can share their skill for poorly executed tattoos and stereotypical trailer trash behavior. To put it bluntly, they are f*cking clowns with all the worst connotations that this implies.
Not suprising, the attack on Tila Tequila wasn't a spontaneous reaction to her overt attention whorish behavior, but rather a pre-planned coordinated attack. The minute she took the stage she was bombarded with rocks, bottles, port-o-potty offerings and other projectiles being hurled at her during her performance — which was promoted by the concert coordinators themselves. I smell liability all over this.
Tila's injuries were numerous and rather grim, and as much as I detest her, no sane person would condone this kind of violence on anyone, especially a mentally unstable little person.
The San Francisco Chronicle details how Juggalos had been tweeting about their plan to attack Tequila hours before her appearance - and considering her reports of being chased back to her trailer and having her bodyguards barricade the doors as 2,000 people attempted to break in and attack it - I'd say security at the festival are liable for her injuries.
The only silver lining to all of this might be an end to this gathering of scary, unhinged, dangerous freaks in the future. If you think I'm exaggerating, check out their 17 minute promo and tell me this doesn't just scream: RAPE, MURDER, MAYHEM, STD'S and SPECIES EXTERMINATION - NOT SAFE FOR WORK.
