Brad Pitt and Angelina Win Suit Against Tabloid
The world's most famous couple, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are celebrating more than just her upcoming film Salt.
Brad and Angie had filed a privacy suit against tabloid News of the World after they published a story which stated the high powered couple had met with a divorce lawyer to divide their assets as they planned to split.
While there are stories almost weekly about the globe-trotting pair and their brood of adopted and biological children, for some reason, this particular story had enough specifics to generate real buzz and Brangelina called them out on their b.s.
This week, News of The World, owned my Newscorp (aka Rupert Murdoch) lost the suit and agreed to issue an apology and pay Jolie and Pitts' legal fees associated with the lawsuit, as well as an undisclosed settlement made payable to their Jolie-Pitt humanitarian foundation.
The divorce lawyer named in the original story stated he had never met with couple and the court gave NoTW some major shade and sided with Brangelina.
What I am really wondering is what kind of intimate details are we going to get from Andrew Morton's new unauthorized Angelina Jolie biography coming out August 3rd?
