Brittany Murphy Dead at Age 32
TMZ is reporting actress Brittany Murphy has died after going into full cardiac arrest at her home in Los Angeles. Details are sketchy, but the reports are saying a call was made from a home listed under her husband Simon Monjack at 8:00am. Murphy was declared DOA at Cedars-Sinai Medical center.
Last month Brittany's husband Simon was hospitalized last month for unknown reasons after falling ill upon arrival at LAX. Monjack and Murphy had been in Puerto Rico where Brittany had been filming before allegedly resigning from her role (some reports say she was fired) on a film called The Caller.
Murphy is best known for her roles in Clueless, 8 Mile and Just Married. This is completely unexpected and we will update with details as they emerge.
