Teams Blog is a place for discussion of proven methods for improving business team performance, sponsored by TeamTrainers Consulting. Using writing skills developed in his earlier career as a journalist, Team Coach Jim Morgan chats in a fun and personal style about how to apply scientific findings on teamwork in the workplace. Begun in November 2009, the blog is a continuation of an earlier e-newsletter (TeamResearch News) and publishes every Saturday. In his work, Jim converts regular teams into high performers, solves teamwork issues, and provides teamwork classes. His training approach is based on extensive research into "The Science of Teams" and tested in the real world of business, government, and nonprofit organizations. He is the author of a book version of the method, The SuddenTeams® Program.
